Looking for a female rommate in Oceanside, CA

Hi! I'm a 26 filipina working remotely in marketing for a skincare brand as well as a microinfluencer as a side hustle. I love R&B, playing volleyball, watching movies, drinking and occasionally smoking. I am a social butterfly who also needs time to recharge too. I keep a clean space, love to blast music when cleaning and/or getting ready for plans. I do have my bf's chihuahua living with me.

The property is absolutely gorg- gated community with relaxed people that work at the leasing office. I've lived here for 2 years now, on the 2nd floor, ~934 sq ft, 2 bed 2 bath. (You would have 1 bed, 1 bath). The neighbor's downstairs are cool. Occasionally, I'll have 1-2 friends over at a time for girls night but it's really not a "party" environment.

Rent is currently ~$2,900 so ~$1,450 each and that includes water, trash, sewer, 1 parking spot. Looking to split evenly down the middle, SDGE bill and WiFi bill are separate as well so we would be splitting that! Parking is $40 monthly so would be $80 for both of us. Amenities include: In-unit laundry (thank goodness), AC (thank goodness x2), 2 community pools, fitness center (they even have 2 reformers if you’re a Pilates baddie!)

The room is completely empty and unfurnished. I currently use it as a "beauty room" but will have everything taken out!
