Room for rent in fire mountain oceanside

I live alone and currently have 1 room for rent. (spareroom would not let me set the parameters to one person living alone)

I have a single room for rent in quiet fire mountain oceanside.
5 min from beach and restaurants.
I live alone and work from home so prefer a person who works out of the house
It’s a 3 bd house. 1 room is my office
House is about 1700 sqft and the backyard is gigantic.
I have a bonfire area and hot tub which you can use
Outdoor patio with tv and couches also
You can use
Squat rack and our door gym set available
To use as well.
You would have the guest bathroom to use as your own unless we have guests over
Laundry in garage to use
Driveway parking
Rent is 1600
Utilities are water, trash. Power and internet and your cut would be around 200
Looking for long term
Don’t care if you’re a guy or a girl as long as you are no drama, pay rent on time and don’t do drugs.
Alcohol and marijuana are good
To go. Nothing else is acceptable.
No couples, no kids.

Must show pay stubs and have somewhat decent credit
