Private room in Oceanside, CA

Hi! I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and easygoing roommate for a private room in a 2 bed / 2 bath condo in Oceanside, available around September 14th.

The condo is in a gated community with a pool, spa, gym, BBQ area, and in-unit washer/dryer. You’ll also have a reserved parking space next to the garage, with street parking available for guests. The bedroom includes a bed and desk, but either can be removed if you’d rather bring your own furniture. The community is also close to shopping and about 15 minutes from the beach and Oceanside Pier.

Rent is $1,000/month with a $500 security deposit. Wi-Fi and all utilities are included except electricity, which will be shared.

A little about me: I’m 26 and work as a hairstylist, and I’ll also be in school. I’m usually pretty busy with work or school, and in my free time I like going to concerts, movies, the beach, and exploring the area. At home I’m clean, fairly quiet, and like having a peaceful space. I’m friendly and happy to hang out sometimes, but I also really value personal space and downtime. I have two friendly rabbits who stay in my bedroom.
