Looking for a roommate to join my 2b2b Oceanside apartment on Sept 1st!

Hi!! I just moved here from NYC to be closer to family. I WFH on East Coast hours. Outside of work, you'll usually find me watching all things Bravo, spending time outdoors, or hunting down great coffee & pastry spots. I also have a very sweet, playful cat, Frankie.

I'm hoping to find someone who is responsible and keeps all shared spaces tidy.

Open to living with another cat who’s social like mine! No dogs, sorry.

The apartment:
It’s a new complex located just east of the 5 near the Fire Mountain neighborhood. A convenient ~10-minute drive to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

The available bedroom comfortably fits a queen bed and has a walk-in closet.

The apartment has an in-unit W/D, central AC, and balcony.

There’s also a pool & hot tub, 2FL gym, outdoor and indoor lounge areas in the building.

We have two parking spaces. The unit comes with 1 free uncovered spot (assigned). A private garage is available for the second car for $200/month.

Lease Details:
- Rent is $1.5k (utilities not included)
- Lease ends on 7/24/27
- Sept 1st move in
