Hello Internet,
Putting some feelers out and see what happens. I live in a 3 bed 3 bath townhouse by myself. Seems like a waste of space. No rush, but seeing if a roommate is an option.
THE ROOM; standard size guest room (11X11ish). Private bath is across the hallway. Laundry also in hallway. Closet in room and one in hallway is all yours. Full house privileges, patio out front and community pool about 20 feet from there. Location is roughly 7 miles from beach. Plenty of parking... except continual overnight. We may have to become creative on garage use and willing to lower rent accordingly.
ME: Middle aged white dude. I have a small older dog so not looking to add more pets (maybe something small that stays in your room?). Don't need a best friend. Respectful, responsible and chill will work out great. Pros and cons to both Males and Females not set on either.
