Private Downstairs Bedroom and Bath Available

We have available the downstairs bedroom in our 4 bedroom house in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Village I in Rancho Del Oro - off College and Old Grove. The house is walking distance to lots of shopping and amenities and 2 blocks from the YMCA, tennis courts and a park. ROOM IS UNFURNISHED.

I am a personal trainer and live in the house along with two other working females in their 30s. We have a very chill, drama free environment. Everyone is very clean and tidy, cleans up after themselves and is very respectful of each other's personal space and belongings. PLEASE NOTE: Because we are a house full of women, we only feel comfortable living with the same.

The room available now is 110 sqft and unfurnished, and has french doors, hardwood floors, plantation shutters, built-in closet shelving, a ceiling fan and lots of natural light.

You will have your own bathroom but please note that on rare occasions my personal training clients may come in to use the restroom.

Please also note: This might not be a good fit for a super light sleeper or anyone who works nights as most of us in the house wake up very early, (including the dogs,) and I start training clients in the garage at 5:30am every weekday.

There is full use of the living room, laundry room, kitchen and backyard.

LEASE TERMS:

Rent includes gas, electric, water/sewer/trash, internet. laundry and once a month maid service. There is also a whole home water filtration system and filtered drinking water.

There are two small hypoallergenic dogs in the house but no more pets allowed. Please note my dogs are super loving, playful and sweet but also a little rambunctious. If you don't like high energy dogs, this might not be for you.

No smoking, drugs, parties or guests without notice to other roommates.

Plenty of street parking available in a very safe neighborhood.

The initial lease is only 6 months to make sure it works for all involved. After that, the lease can be extended for 6 months to a year and we prefer someone who plans to stay.

Security Deposit same as rent - $1,150

$40 application fee, credit report and background check required unless you can provide current copies of both.
