• Shared guest bath (Jack-and-Jill style feel)

• Street parking directly in front of the home
• Driveway parking available on designated street-cleaning days (1st and 4th Thursdays)
• Quiet coastal neighborhood
• Approximately 10 minutes from the beach
• Ocean breezes and beautiful neighborhood walking views

A Little More About the Household
• Two small, friendly and social resident dogs — must genuinely enjoy and be comfortable around dogs
• I occasionally provide dog sitting for small dogs
• As with most dogs, there may be some barking when someone arrives or comes through the door
• Normal everyday household activity should be expected
• Deposit required
• Year roommate agreement preferred
• Ideally looking for someone interested in staying longer-term if we're a good fit
