I'm looking for one respectful, clean, considerate and drama-free roommate (female preferred) who appreciates a peaceful, positive home environment. This would be a great fit for a working professional or someone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.

• Driveway parking available on designated street-cleaning days (1st and 4th Thursdays)

• Approximately 10 minutes from the beach
• Ocean breezes, mountain/hillside views with beautiful ocean views while walking through the neighborhood

I'm a creative professional working in photography, music, and coaching. I maintain a peaceful, positive home and value mutual respect, good communication, cleanliness and consideration of shared spaces.
A Little More About the Household
• Two small, friendly and social resident dogs — must genuinely enjoy and be comfortable around dogs
• I occasionally care for one small dog in the home, so being comfortable around small dogs is important
• As with most dogs, there may be some barking when someone arrives or comes through the door
• Deposit required
• Year roommate agreement preferred
• Ideally looking for someone interested in staying longer-term if we're a good fit
• Available October 15th or November 1st
Rent: $1,450/month — utilities & Wi-Fi included
This is a 55+ community, so age requirements apply. Must work outside the home.
