Spacious and amazing location

I am looking for a new roommate to share a spacious 3 bedroom house in the Fire Mountain area of Oceanside starting March 5th. The new roommate would have 2 bedrooms and plenty of storage space for $1650 per month. This includes all utilities except for internet which is an additional $30 per month. I'm only looking for one person to share this house. So that means the new roommate would have two rooms. The house is located close to the beach and many amenities. I have lived here for 14 years and have a great relationship with the landlord and he is letting me sublease to whomever I chose and it could be a month to month or a year rental agreement. I work M-F and sometimes on the weekend otherwise I am pretty active outdoors and I do enjoy spending time in this home that I have cultivated into my sanctuary. Looking for another working professional that I vibe with. I have a cat who is super friendly, however I cant take anyone with other dogs or cats.
