Oceanside Room for Rent

Hello!
My wife and I are offering a private room in our 4-bedroom, 1.5-bath home in Oceanside, located about 10 minutes from the beach.
We share our home with a friendly 10-year-old border collie and a tortoise named Tortilla, so you must be comfortable with pets.
The available room comes with street parking right in front of the house. You’ll have access to the kitchen, washer and dryer, and a shared full bathroom (shower). We have reliable internet, and all utilities are included in the rent.
Please note that the living room is primarily our personal space, as we spend a lot of time there, so we ask that its use be limited. We’re looking for someone who is respectful of boundaries and comfortable in a shared home environment.
