Hello there, I am renting out my spare room and am looking for a responsible, chill roommate. Washer and dryer are included. Ideally looking for someone who shares at least some of my interests (rock music, video games, d&d, general nerdy stuff), but that isn't mandatory. I'm a working professional who works from home most days of the week.

I'm open to renting out my master room if there is a desire there, as well, but that would be for more than the listing price and a different conversation.
