1 lightly furnished room with shared bathroom for rent in east Oceanside off Vandegrift Blvd and College Drive. 20 minutes to the beach and downtown. Use of gorgeous outdoor space, plenty of street parking, and quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from shopping areas and Camp Pendleton’s San Luis Rey gate. Current occupants are respectful, responsible housemates. No set up required for wifi or utilities (total is seasonally dependent, $125-200 per person). There are 3 dogs total in the house, unfortunately we can only accept trained service animals at this time. Please reach out with any questions!
