Oceanside large room for rent in quiet house

We have a private bedroom for rent for $900 in a home in south Oceanside. The house is at the edge of Fire Mountain near Jefferson and Vista Way. It's a safe, quiet place to live. We welcome military personnel - we've had a number of Marines and Sailors live here over the year.

This is a large bedroom room, fully furnished with a comfy recliner, a corner desk/workstation, a portable closet and a sliding door that opens to the front of the house. The room is away from common areas and is on a different floor than the two other bedrooms. Very private and quiet.

The bathroom is shared between three people. There’s a tub and shower. There’s a second bathroom with just a sink and toilet.

We enjoy a cooperative, settled atmosphere. There’s no drama, no parties, no trouble. For the safety of those who live here, we don’t allow visitors. There's a washer and dryer you can use as needed.

You'll pay part of the Wi-fi and utility bills. It can range from $35 to $80 per month, depending on how much electricity and water we use.
