In-unit washer and dryer are included for shared use as well. Parking is available throughout the property and on the street nearby, as well as two dedicated garage spots shared between the housemates.
This property is located down the street from Vista Sports Park, which is an excellent place for exercising, and also leads to Guajome Regional Park with plenty of hiking / biking trails. It’s also located a short walk from the Melrose Drive Sprinter train station – just a 20 minute trip to the pier!
