This is a very laid-back home with three other occupants currently, Brock (Homeowner) 37 Andrew (29 downstairs) and Sierra (23 upstairs). You must be clean and responsible. The kitchen was recently fully renovated and as long as you clean up after yourself you have full access. The living room has a 75-inch TV as well as a power reclining theater couch. The whole house has a recently installed alkaline water system, so no more having to buy water bottles! Brand new windows have also just been installed to keep the house cool in the summer. There is also a brand new instant water heater installed in the home so no worrying about running out of hot water. The home is located near the 76 and College in Oceanside. The neighborhood is very safe with Guajome Park right down the street. There are 2 mini golden doodles in the home so no other pets will be allowed.
