Room For Rent

We are a couple looking to rent our 2nd bedroom in our apartment.

It is a good sized room. I had my queen bed in there, a nightstand, computer desk and chair, tall bookshelf, and large 6 drawer wide dresser, and a storage ottoman for my blankets.
We are looking for someone who is super clean and can pick up after themselves as well as helping out with cleaning up shared space
(kitchen, living room, patio, guest bathroom(your bathroom)

Must be ok with our small 4 year old pug named Charlie as well as kids My bf has 2 boys ages 8& 10 that stay on the weekends sometimes.
We are smoke friendly so don't mind if you smoke, we like to go to the gym and spend time with family which also comes to visit us frequently and sometimes stays the night since they live in a diff county. We are super chill, used to rave, and just looking for a roomie that we can get along with and become friends with over time. We usually invite whoever lives with us to hang out with us when we have friends over because we like to make them feel included. We don't throw parties but we do like having friends over during sports events, or fights, things like that or just to have dinner and catch up.

There is a washer and dryer in the patio that you can you use. We also have a garage it's not very big, but if you have anything you want to store in there you can. You will also get a few sections in the kitchen with pantry space and some drawers if you have any cookware you need to store in there as well as the fridge and freezer. We both work 2 jobs so we are not home much during the week. Usually in bed by 10:30 and up by 5:30 am so looking for someone who doesn't mind that schedule either.
