We have available the downstairs bedroom in our renovated 4 bedroom house in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Village I in Rancho Del Oro - off College and Old Grove. The house is walking distance to lots of shopping and amenities and 2 blocks from the YMCA, tennis courts and a park.

I am a personal trainer and live in the house along with two other working females in their 30s. We have a very chill, drama free environment. Everyone is very clean and tidy, cleans up after themselves and is very respectful of each other's personal space and belongings. PLEASE NOTE: Because we are a house full of women, we only feel comfortable living with the same.

The room available now is 110 sqft and has french doors, hardwood floors, plantation shutters, built-in shelving, a ceiling fan and lots of natural light.

Also, the room comes unfurnished but there is a brand new bed frame, boxspring and mattress in the room right now. You may use this or we can sell it before you move in.

You will have your own bathroom but please note that from time to time my personal training clients may come in to use the same restroom. As such, I will supply toilet paper, the soap dispenser, floor mats and hand towels.

Please also note: This might not be a good fit for a super light sleeper or anyone who works nights as most of us in the house wake up very early, (including the dogs,) and I start training clients in the garage at 5:30am every weekday.

There is full use of the living room, kitchen and backyard.

LEASE TERMS:

Rent includes gas, electric, water/sewer/trash, internet. laundry and once a month maid service. There is also a whole home water filtration system and filtered drinking water.

There are two small hypoallergenic dogs in the house but no more pets allowed. Please note my dogs are super loving, playful and sweet but also younger and a little rambunctious. If you don't like playful puppies this might not be for you.

No smoking, drugs, parties or guests without notice to other roommates.

Plenty of street parking available in a very safe neighborhood.

We are taking our time finding our new roommate because we are big on good energy and finding someone who will be a good fit. For this reason, the initial lease is only 6 months to make sure it works for all involved. After that, the lease can be extended for 6 months to a year and we prefer someone who plans to stay.

Security Deposit same as rent - $975
