Upstairs room has lots of light w/ 200-degree view of palm trees and charming O'side neighborhood. Private sliding glass door leads onto 100sq ft private balcony that is well-shaded with robust awning. Balcony offers lush view of city but maintains privacy with the mature trees surrounding it.

House is super accessible, located near the College ramp off Hwy78. Also in walking proximity to Lake Calavera.

House is furnished but bedroom is not.

There are three bedrooms total. I live in one, the other two are available. Bathroom upstairs is shared.

Should renter want both bedrooms, rent would be closer to $1800. Rent is negotiable depending on circumstances, say for instance, we both decide not to rent out third room.

House has huge, lush yard with secret passageways, arched staircase, mature trees... nice outdoor table, firepit, bbq. Yard is completely fenced in.

Pet(s) could be considered on case by case basis. My 50lb pup lives here, we'd all have to be friends. Dogs or cats would incur an extra small fee per month.

Rental is month-to-month. First & last month's rent due at signing.
