* Super close to Mira Costa College(3 min drive), the beach (7 min drive), and Camp Pendleton Main Gate (10 min drive).
* Beginning of a cul de sac, in a nice and quite neighborhood.
* Easy, quick access to freeway 5 and 78.

We are looking for a respectful, responsible, and clean tenant. Lease for 1` person but if you are a couple then the lease will be a bit extra.
