I am older bi lingual (Spanish ) gentlemen Seeking a roommate who an introvert that basically keeps to themselves. I don't mind a potential friendship, cooking together, socializing and watching TV or a movie together. not a must and not require. I am clean, orderly, and expect common areas clean after usage. The guest bathroom, which is close to the room to be rented will actually be occupied by the renter about 95 percent.. The bedroom is 11x11 and furnished you may opt to have your own furniture. Renter will have their assigned parking slot which iis about 5 mins or less walking distance to the condo. The condo is 2 story the bedrooms are upstairs. The neighborhood is quiet and we all look out for one another. I will required either 6 months or one year lease after that month to month if desired. The .internet and cable are included in the rent. However water and electric are not we both pay half.
