Hello there! We are looking for a roommate to join our 3B/2Bath apartment in Oceanside!
The available room has a large mirror closet, wooden floor and small electric wall heater.
The bathroom will be shared with 1 roomie (M/21, very clean).
We have laundry in our Apartment and a community pool & tennis/basketball court to your availability. You have full kitchen access (oven/stove, toaster oven, microwave, air fryer, coffe grinder, blender, etc). We have a dishwaser as well. The fridge has filtered water & ice.
There is street parking only, unfortunately. Pets are welcome but come with a fee by HOA (unless you have a service animal, I think).
We are looking for a responsible and quiet individual, preferably working from outside the home. The room is available to look at now!
Rent for is $1100/month, with additional utilities (usually $60-80 each).
Security deposit is $1000.
Month to month, 3 months or 6months lease preferred.
