IMPORTANT Note: Absolutely No Pets! I have 3 cats - very friendly and well behaved. They have never accessed the room and remain primarily in my bedroom or common area. This is so people with allergies are able to visit and stay in an allergy free environment. This means the door to the room must remain closed at all times, even when occupied, so the cats are not able to access the room.
Nonsmoker, no drugs, no overnight guests - day guests must park across street in Walmart parking and walk over or find street parking. I work remote from my bedroom. I am quiet and mostly stay in my room, but I like to cook so I'm often in the kitchen. I am very clean and expect a roommate to be clean and maintain routine cleaning standards for their room and bathroom. I moved in over 3.5 years ago and never looked back due to the excellent upscale location.
This is a fully furnished bedroom (11x10) with large bath (tub/shower). This is generally considered a private bath, but my day guests will be free to use it also. 6'x3' Mirror closet with sliding mirror doors, 2 shelves for hanging clothes and storage. Bedroom has a daybed, 2 side tables, steamer truck for storing linens etc., space for laptop and TV. Wall furnace, ceiling fan with lights, large window, floor is carpet. Included kitchen and laundry privileges, limited storage in kitchen.
Common area: Kitchen, Living Room, Dining area. Small balcony off living room, outside entrance with no outside hallway foot traffic. Corner unit, bedroom has no common walls, Stairwell for car loading/unloading. Open Parking space location has 2 small set of stairs on green belt to access building.
Complex has one entrance driveway. Small complex - approx. 100+ units. Pool, Spa, Gym, BBQ, large furnished common club room. Onsite gardener and maintenance resource, weekly pool service. Security lights outside and security patrol at night.

So much to do; just about anything you could want in this major tourist community! Lots of free activities and events, live music, dancing, etc.
