This listing is for one large, fully furnished room (queen size bed, 2 dressers and desk) in a beautiful, respectful 4-bedroom executive home.

I am a quiet woman. I live here with my 2 dogs, and 2 other roommates (all professionals). We all get along well, but we do live separate lives. The atmosphere is peaceful and considerate: no drama.

The current roommate has been living here for almost 2 years. He has been deployed and is moving out on very good terms!

There are 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are shared with the roommates only (I have my own). Both the home and neighbourhood are quiet and clean. The location is 2 minutes from the back gate of Camp Pendleton(!) less than, 2 minutes from shopping, gym, movie theaters, restaurants and parks etc., 20 minutes from MiraCosta, and 5 minutes from the 76.

You have full access to a large kitchen with centre island and new, energy-efficient appliances, dining room, living room, family room with 60" flat-screen TV (Hulu, Paramount+ and Amazon Prime) as well as a beautiful back yard (with BBQ) and front porch with glider.

I do not discriminate so anyone uncomfortable with sharing the bath with people of other genders, this may not be the place for you. Currently the other 2 roommates are 1 male and 1 female, both in their mid-20's. They are very clean - plus I provide weekly professional housecleaning.

Rent includes all utilities, WiFi, HOA fees, landscape maintenance, laundry facility. Professional cleaning of all common areas is also included.

Single occupancy only.

Must love dogs. Experience with dogs is a plus (one of mine is special needs - scoliosis).

Sorry, no other pets allowed.

Applicants must be gainfully employed outside of the home during daytime hours. Proof of employment is required. (military preferred).

$35 non-refundable fee for background and credit check (or provide your own if recent).

$1,350 damage deposit.
