Hi! I’m a 37-year-old female looking for a professional, responsible roommate to rent a room in our home. There is a guest bathroom adjacent to the room— that would be your own bathroom. There is a laundry room adjacent to the room as well.

I have three children (8, 3, and 2). My husband travels for work and is typically home every other weekend. The kids and I also occasionally travel to the Bay Area on weekends.
