Looking for a roommate to fill the 2nd bedroom in my 2b/2ba Ocean Beach apartment! Rent+utilities would be ~$1600/mo. It's a ground unit in the Mariner's Cove complex with the Coronado Premier 2 floor plan.

Parking is available for an additional $65/mo.

You'd be living with me (29 y/o psychologist working outside the home M-F 8am-4:30pm) and my dog Charlie (14 years old, doesn't shed, super friendly).

Move in/lease start date could be anytime between now and 10/19/26. The 12-mo lease ends 7/19/2027 and I'll be moving out, but you'd have the opportunity to renew without me!

Common areas are all furnished but would want to make the place feel just as much of a home for you as it has been for me! Your bedroom is 12x9 with a spacious closet and private bathroom.
