The building has gated entry, on-site laundry, and a pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Parking is street parking only.

You're within walking distance of Newport Ave, the pier, the farmers market, coffee, restaurants, and yoga studios.

I'm Chris, 35. I work a hybrid schedule, and I keep the place clean and pretty low-key. Looking for someone easygoing to share the space with.
