15 minute walk to the beach!

Hi, my name is Natalie! I am looking for another female to share this apartment with! It's a 2 bed, 1 bath cozy Ocean Beach apartment! 🌊 It's just a 15-minute walk to the beach and the main OB strip, where you'll find great restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and local shopping. It's a small apartment with the biggest draws being the price, the location, the neighborhood, and there is a great little farmers market on Wednesday's.
The apartment is on the lower half of a duplex and has shared laundry on-site. We have a cute little front yard and really sweet neighbors.

The room is move-in ready, and I'm looking for an August 1st move in date or sooner since I have the place to myself right now I’m flexible. Utilities are split, with Wi-Fi at $35 per person and SDG&E typically around $50 per person, though electricity costs can vary by month. The deposit set by the owner which is $1100 who is a local that lives in North Park.

OB is a great beach town and neighborhood, people are super friendly, laid back and the beach is gorgeous. Sunset Cliffs has the best sunsets, obviously! There is lots of things to love about OB and a ton of things to explore in this area, very central location and close to a lot of fun! I'd love to hear from you.
