The available room is spacious with a walk-in closet, hardwood floors, and a ceiling fan. The apartment also has a dishwasher and security gate entry. Located in Ocean Beach, just 4 blocks from the beach.

The bedroom is unfurnished, the rest of the apartment is furnished.

The apartment is part of a small, quiet 7-unit building with friendly, chill neighbors. Amenities include shared laundry on site and a shared side yard (not fenced). Street parking available.

You will be sharing the 2 bdr/1 bath apartment with me and my dog, Paloma. She is very friendly but no other pets please. I’m an easygoing respectful professional who works remotely and keeps things clean and relaxed at home. I’m social but laid back, and am looking for someone who appreciates a relaxed coastal vibe.

Wifi/SDGE additional cost per month (typically SDGE is about $35 and wifi is $35, but variable). Trash, water included.
