Beautiful 2bed/2.5 bath furnished apartment in OB

Hey y'all,

My name is Ben, I'm 35 and moving to San Diego from the Fresno area this April. I am currently single and looking for a roommate who is interested in a 12 month (preferable) to 6 month rental beginning April 12, 2026. The property itself is a beautiful 2bed/2.5 bath apartment in Ocean Beach. It's across the street from the jetty surf break, which you can see out of the back window. The interior was recently completely redone. Upon request I will provide a link to the Airbnb listing for the location, which has all the photos you will need to get a better idea of the space (I'm not allowed to post that link in this advertisement)! Big takeaways are that there are two master suites upstairs with their own private bathrooms, and the apartment is fully furnished. Additionally, we would each have one parking spot in the garage that is underneath the 5-apartment complex. The rental cost is fixed and includes ALL utilities (internet, water, electricity, natural gas, garbage collection). The landlord prefers no pets, but is willing to make exceptions if you're super cool haha.

A little about myself: I just separated from active duty service in the US Navy after 13 years of flying fighter jets. I will be working as an airline pilot as well as a Navy Reserve pilot. What that means is that I will be gone a lot for work, and you will have the place to yourself quite often! While I'm not working, I really love to be in nature, whether that is surfing, skiing, mountain biking, fly fishing, or just exploring and camping with my truck camper. Looking forward to elevating my surfing game while living in SD, so a roomie that surfs would be awesome! I also love to go to the gym, yoga, cook and eat healthy and delicious food. Huge fan of exploring/traveling and learning about different cultures and places through eating :). I also enjoy socializing and meeting new people, whether that's going to bars, music festivals, etc.
