Aloha! I have sublet room available in Point Loma/OB. Room is approx. 9x11. This is a gem of a spot and a rare opprotunity to live in the beach community without breaking the bank! I'm close to the water and an easy walk to downtown OB. We would share common areas, that I have furnished. No Pets. No drugs. No smoking. 1 person only.

Community overview:
I've lived here many years, so that's why it's a bit below market & its one of those rare "rent controlled" places. Most one bedrooms on my block are well into 2Ks. The property owner's son also has an apartment on site. All the tenants in this complex are community oriented but we respect each other's personal space. As we have been neighbors for awhile, we all know each other and look out for each other, so please be aware they would expect you to be friendly with them as well.

About Me:
I'm a local girl from San Diego but have lived a bunch of places and traveled a lot. I'm very clean, active, love the arts, love meeting up with my friends or hitting up the gym. I used to work at a Ski Resort (I'm a boarder) & grew up near the ocean. I am a professional who works for a left-leaning law firm and am very extroverted. Honestly, I am looking for a roomie because I find living alone is overrated and I'm just trying to pay off these student loans! My home is my sanctuary and I'm all about good vibes and good times. I enjoy a drama-free home environment where we can chat and occasionally hang out, but I have my own life and will respect personal space.
