Clean and Responsible Roommate Wanted in OB

Our house is located in a quiet area of Ocean Beach/Point Loma at the top of a hill so there is a view of the ocean from the front yard and living room. Stunning sunset views from the front yard. A less than 10 min walk down to Sunset Cliffs from the house and 20 min walk to Newport Ave for farmers market (Wednesdays), bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Ample parking on the street in front of the house all the time. Large front and back yard. Washer and dryer in the garage. The room for rent is approx. 10 x 10 feet with a very large and deep closet (approx. 5 x 5 ft) for storage. The roommate would be sharing a bathroom with another male roommate. Utilities would be split 4 ways which includes water, gas, electric, internet and TV (streaming apps).
There are 3 people currently living on the property which consists of the main house and an attached studio in the back. A male musician and female engineer (myself) currently live in the main house. A female physical therapist assistant rents the back studio separately from the main house. We are in our mid-30s and early-40s and try not to take for granted where we live being so close to the ocean :0) The room for rent is in the main house where he/she would be living with a male and female (myself) in their 40s. We are a very laid back and chill group of housemates that have been living on the property for over 10 years. We occasionally have BBQs or have a few people over at the house to watch the sunset…nothing crazy.
