The rent for the room is $1,400 per month + utilities (gas, electric, and wifi, split evenly bwtn housemates). A $1,200 security deposit + first and last month's rent is due at move-in date.

It is three levels, the first level is the garage, the second level is the kitchen, living room, a bedroom and a full bathroom.
