We are looking for a roommate to occupy a vast master bedroom with a private bathroom and 6 windows (400 sq ft.). Very sunny! Canyon view! House is located right near the park!

Ideal for a couple! This spacious room is currently furnished with a king-size bed, a full-size convertible sofa bed, and two desks, making it perfect for working from home. The convertible sofa easily transforms into a full-size bed when needed. The room also features a large walk-in closet. If you prefer an unfurnished room, the furniture can be removed before move-in.

A private master bathroom equipped with a bidet.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It’s a 2 story house.

Roommates are two young professionals (two girls), one person per room.

Parking space in the 2 car garage is included.
$1595 (and 1/3 of utilities).

Available to move in on Sept 21, 2026! If you need a place earlier and need to stay between the leases I can rent you out another room short term. Same payment rate. If you sign a lease to a main room prior.
