3 bed, 1.5 bath, 1200 sq ft, looking for 1 roomate

Need one roommate end of march or early April. Amenities include private salt water pool, barbeque, fruit trees/garden area, new washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer/oven/microwave, central ac and heat, four total parking spots, solar and EV charger with brand new electric water heater. We are looking for a tenant with a full time job who is clean and tidy and possibly shares similar interests of myself and my current roommate. Proof of income and/or bank statements to verify income required.
My name is Austin and I am a 28 year old college graduate working as a solar installation specialist while tattooing on the side. I enjoy going to shows hanging outside or by the beach, bowling, cooking, gaming and film.
My roommate, who I grew up with, is a 27 year old college graduate who works as a remote senior technical recruiter for a talent services company. He has two cats and enjoys golfing, film, reading, gaming, sports and hanging outdoors.
Both of us work Monday through Friday on a 9-5 schedule generally, waking up around 7 and going to bed around 11 on weeknights. We are seeking an individual who will respect quite hours after 11 on weeknights. We do however still enjoy late nights on the weekend.
