One cozy private room available for single occupant with private entrance in three-bedroom/ two-bathroom house. Shared with two easy-going, respectful male housemates.

Located in quiet Normal Heights neighborhood just off Adams Ave.

Shared bathroom with one roommate.

Room is small, but cozy. Sadly without a storage closet or place to hang clothes. You’ll have to bring your own hanging rack in. Room is Approximately 10x10ft

I don’t have a good picture of the room as current occupant is moving out end of September.

$680/month plus utilities.
Utilities (sdge + internet) typically come out to $50-100/month. Deposit may be required.

Any late payments of rent/utilities will NOT be tolerated. Not even once.

Rent likely to go up $50-$100 upon lease renewal starting April 2027. We operate on a year-round lease.

Off-site laundry.

There is NO built-in air conditioning!
Portable units recommended for hot summers and cold winters.

Driveway fits only ONE car. Agreeable to alternate days so there is equal use. Neighborhood parking is free and close.

Must be cat-friendly! This is a big one.
We have one indoor cat who has been a resident for years.
He stays in a room for most of the day, but likes to be in the living room in evenings.
He is very friendly, but scared of others and will always run/hide from you. Please don’t take it personally. Even though you will NEVER have to deal with him, He must be treated with kindness and courtesy when in view.

We’re sorry, but no additional pets are allowed. We can only have one pet on the lease.

This is a QUIET. HOUSE. We can’t stress this enough! One roommate is RETIRED.
Please, no loud behavior. No house parties or loud guests.

We kindly ask that the cleanliness of shared spaces always be maintained.

Your roommates are very low-key, and respectful of one another’s privacy and boundaries to preserve a peaceful, safe, consistent, stress-free home.
We ask our new roommate to help us maintain this living arrangement as it’s always been!
