Looking for a 1-month sublease, flexible on dates and length.

The space: 2 floors, furnished bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms. Mounted TV in room. Room does have curtains. Quiet, spacious, lots of sunlight. Kitchen is fully stocked. In-unit washer/dryer, private patio, 4 guest parking spots plus street parking. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and groceries.

Living situation: we are a couple living together, so common areas (kitchen, living room, patio) are shared between the three of us. I have a small dog, who will mostly leave you alone. We keep to ourselves and respect everyone's space. But it would be nice to live with someone cool too!

About us: 35 & 37. Laid-back, I WFH early. We're both active
and out a lot surfing, gym, or working.
Ideal roommate: Clean, respectful, responsible. Open to all ages and genders. Dog-friendly toward my dog, but no additional pets/dogs, please.
