Private room available in a clean, quiet home with your own private bedroom and private bathroom; I really value privacy and everyone having their own space, so I’m looking for someone respectful, clean, responsible, and chill who will help keep the house organized and peaceful; a little about me, I work full-time with an early-morning schedule and I’m also going to school, so I’m usually pretty busy and honestly mostly home to sleep at night and relax when I have downtime; no drugs and no parties allowed, and I’m not looking for a lot of people coming in and out—just someone who wants a comfortable place to live and do their own thing; utilities (electricity, water, gas, trash, and internet) are an additional $140/month.
