Peaceful Home; Room for Rent North Park

You’ll be sharing the home with me and my boyfriend, Ray. We’re both working professionals with busy schedules and enjoy having a peaceful, comfortable home to come back to. We’re friendly and social, but we also really value our privacy, personal space, and downtime.
We like keeping the common areas clean and comfortable and are looking for someone who feels the same. We’re hoping to find a roommate who is independent, respectful, responsible, and has their own work/life routine.
We also have two cats who are very much part of our little household 🐱🤍, so being cat-friendly and not allergic is a must.
Overall, we want the house to feel relaxed and welcoming—not like everyone has to hang out together all the time, but a home where everyone is comfortable, communicates well, and respects one another.
