Your room is a private room on the third (top floor) of the apartment that includes a full shower/bath, medicine cabinet, and under-sink storage. Your room comes with a closet and coat hooks. Two windows provide incredible natural light throughout the day. Your room is across from the master, with the washer and dryer nestled in between as well as more storage. Both rooms and all floors of the house feature dark wood flooring, with the stairs featuring carpet for safety.

Head downstairs and you’ll find the kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel and upgraded appliances, as well as a dishwasher and a kitchen island. The open space connects to the living room and provides plenty of space for hosting, creative projects, and just relaxing. Another bathroom is on this floor, convenient for guests and hosting. There is also a patio off the living room with a nice view of Adams Avenue, patio furniture, and box planters if you have a green thumb. The thermostat is also on this floor, but includes a phone app so you can adjust the AC or heat from anywhere 🙂

A little about me: I am a 30 year old San Diego native who moved to the area after being in North County for several years. I work a 9-5 job in office and from home occasionally. In my free time I enjoy walking around the neighborhood, reading, and going to concerts.
