The Location - a quiet neighborhood in basically a cul-de-sac (no random cars driving through). North Clairemont. Centrally located, 10 minutes to the beach and downtown. One block from miles of amazing hiking, trail running, and mountain biking trails.

The girlfriend is over a few nights a week for dinner and hanging. I like to spend my weekends outside or at the beach or on trips with friends. I also love working in the canyon, always finding new things to build or do. I like keeping the house clean and organized, always presentable.
