I have 1 large master bedroom with a private bathroom & a walk-in closet for rent for a minimum of year lease starting December 15, 2026.

I am ideally looking for a long term tenant. The closet has built-in shelving and the room has high ceilings and is very large (previous person fit CA king). There is additional cabinet storage space in the hallway as well.

The master bedroom is part of a 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom 1440 sq ft townhome, so there are 3 other roommates living in the 3 other rooms. I am the owner and will be moving out of the master bedroom and living in San Diego elsewhere. The 3 current roommates are males, all working full time (ages 25-65) and all get along well!

Very large kitchen and common areas with washer and dryer in unit.

Parking spot available - there is also plenty of street parking nearby.

Great location - very close to plaza right off the freeway with the in-N-out, Denny’s, Chick-fil-A, starbucks, Handel's Ice Cream, etc.

No smoking inside.

I will be checking for the following if you choose to apply:

- Credit Score (looking for 670 credit or above)
- Proof of 3 months paystubs/income verification showing at least $2700
monthly income
- Background check (do not accept anyone with previous eviction)
- Contact of current or previous landlord (for rental history check)
