Hi! We’re a friendly LGBT couple (one of us active duty Navy, the other works from home) looking for TWO clean, responsible, and respectful renters to join our updated 4-bedroom, 2-bath home in National City, CA.
Each renter gets their own private bedroom and will share one full bathroom (the second bath is for our use/occasional guest). This setup works great for friends, coworkers, fellow military members, or professionals.

Why our place stands out:
• Fully updated modern kitchen with ample counter space, new appliances, and a bar area ideal for cooking, coffee runs, or quick meals.
• Dedicated home gym in the garage: power rack, bench, dumbbells, heavy bag, and protective floor mats perfect for staying fit at home.
• Amazing backyard oasis: Large concrete patio with string lights, fire pit for relaxing evenings, above ground pool, outdoor movie screen + projector for movie nights, game days, or chilling under the stars. Artificial turf, privacy walls, and plants give it a resort feel.
