LOCATION: House located east of 805, 7 miles to downtown San Diego and SDSU, 4 miles to 32nd Street Naval Station (the Base). Nearby is Bay Plaza Center, Starbucks, Smart & Final, CVS, as well as fitness centers and restaurants.

ROOM AND BATH: Room with bath has private entry and area with shelves is about 273 sq. ft. combined. Ceiling lite/fan, WiFi. Kitchen use and outside space area 95% for your use to place a table and chair. Non-smoking, non-excessive drinking, drug-free environment. Sorry, no pets. Single occupancy preferred, but will consider a couple for an additional $500/month.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND TERMS: Security deposit is equal to a month's rent. Month-to-month rental agreement. Portion of utilities (SDGE and water) included with rent, 100% of fixed utilities included with rent.
