Pet-sitting + room arrangement in San Diego

looking for a responsible house-sitter to stay in my spare room and care for my senior pup, Scarlet (plus two easygoing cats). The home is a cool, eccentric warehouse-converted apartment—concrete floors, industrial/NY loft vibes, and a large ADA-friendly bathroom you’ll share. In exchange for reduced rent.

I’ll be local and working from my on-site wood shop during the day, and I’ll handle Scarlet’s morning and early-afternoon walks. You’d be responsible for being at the house in the evenings to sleep over, give Scarlet a short evening stroll, keep her company on weekends, and feed both her and the cats as needed. Bonus points if you have a friendly dog who gets along with seniors and cats! Scarlet is low-maintenance (slow walks, big naps, zero marathon energy 😉), and the cats are strictly “serve dinner and move on.” If this setup sounds like a fit, let’s chat!
