Hello! My roommate has moved out of state and I am looking for a replacement.

1 Bedroom available now in a 2BD/2.5BA condo in the Morena/Bay Park neighborhood near USD. The room comes with a private full bathroom, laminate wood floors, and a full closet.

The condo has two levels with both bedrooms upstairs, and common areas downstairs. The kitchen has granite countertops, an island, and new-ish appliances (fridge, gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher). Downstairs is all wood flooring with an additional ½ bathroom and a small balcony. Storage space available in a closet under the stairs and a small closet outside the front door. Upstairs has an in-unit washer/dryer combo. The building was built last decade and only has 4 units, so foot traffic is pretty light and there is not a lot of noise. There is a secure gated entrance to the building both front and back, including an off-street parking garage. You will have your own parking space.

The neighborhood is very walkable, with several food options around the Napa St./Linda Vista Rd/Morena Blvd intersection. Also within walking distance are trolley stops for the Green Line (Morena/Linda Vista) and Blue Line (Tecolote Blvd). Overall it is fairly central, with short drives to Linda Vista, Clairemont, Pacific Beach, Mission Bay, Point Loma/Sports Arena, Mission Valley, and more.

About myself: I am 39M and have been living in San Diego for many years. I like craft beer, baseball, and nerd stuff so if you like those things too we should easily get along. I usually spend 2-3 nights out per week but nothing wild. Welcoming of all identities/orientations.
