One of the best features of this room is the private balcony attached directly to your space! Please note: the unit’s washer and dryer are located on this balcony, so I will need occasional access to handle laundry.

* Cleanliness: I take great pride in keeping a tidy home. While I don’t mind how you keep your personal bedroom, common areas must remain spotless at all times. If you are someone who leaves dishes in the sink or clutter in the living room, we will not be a good fit.
* Noise & Lifestyle: I value my quiet time and love to read. The apartment complex enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and I am looking for someone who will strictly respect that.
* Preferences: Non-smokers are preferred, though occasional social smoking is fine.
* House Rules: No kids and no pets.
