I am urgently looking for someone to take over my lease Linda Vista/Morena area for $1150 (negotiable). Preferably female in mid-20s
It is a 3 bed/2 bath house near USD in a quiet neighborhood. My sister and friend (25 and 22 y/o girls) live in the house with our two cats. Both girls are clean and respectful. It is a great house, but I am moving out of the city for a job. If you are interested please reach out!!

Dates: February 9th with a flexible move-in date if needed to July (lease ends July 19th but there is option to resign)
