I am looking to sublease a bedroom in a 2 Bed-1 Bath 745 spft Condo. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, closet, 8-cube storage cubie and wood desk (minus a desk chair).

Apartment Setup:
- Shared Bathroom and storage space
- Gas Fireplace
- Off street Parking
- In unit washer and dry
- Small patio with a gas grill.
- Utilities are spilt 50/50 and usually total $200 dollars per month ($100 each).

The apartment is centrally located with great Highway access so getting to Downtown or the airport is easy.
Additionally it is:
- Located two blocks from the University of San Diego Campus
- Less than a mile from Tecolote Canyon
- Easy access to I-5 & I-8 freeways
- Public Transit – 15 min walk to Morena/Linda Vista Trolley Station
- 10 min bike away from the San Diego River

I am in my early 30's and a full-time professional who works from home. I like the place to be quiet and clean. My hobbies involve bike riding, running, and playing volleyball.
