Looking to fill my roommate’s spot when he moves out in early July! En-suite primary bedroom in a 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment in Mission Valley. Room will not be furnished, but the rest of the apartment is! The apartment has in unit laundry room, a balcony with small storage closet, hallway desk, a fireplace, and is over 1,100 sq feet. The community also includes a pool/jacuzzi, bbq grills, a gym, a parcel room, and a computer lab. Located within walking distance of Costco, IKEA, a trolley station, and Snapdragon Stadium.

My name is Kayla and I’ll be the only other person living here! I’m a dental receptionist during the week and on the weekends I take improv classes and sometimes stage manage at the theater. I also occasionally teach creative writing. I’m friendly, chill, artsy, and clean. When I’m at home I’m either sleeping or doing one of my hobbies (reading, gaming, crochet, sewing, various crafts). Looking for someone (or a couple!) who’s clean and queer friendly. Not totally against weed, but I prefer someone who doesn’t smoke a lot and won’t smoke in the common areas. Also, my current roommate has a dog (hence the dog bed/water bowl in the pictures), but she will be moving out when my roommate does, the dog is not mine.
