Looking for Roommates

I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo both with walk-in closets available September 1st. Home is currently furnished but bedrooms can be unfurnished if you have your own stuff.
The complex is in Fashion Valley area. Walking distance to two trolly stops, the YMCA, the fashion valley mall, a lovely shopping center with restaurants, a nail salon, kickboxing, and a mini-mart. The complex has a gym, two pools and a hot tub. One pool is heated in summer. We have tennis courts and grilling areas also. Each room comes with a parking space inside a gated community. The room rent includes some utilities; water, garbage, recyclables, cable/wifi. Electrical would be split.
I keep a clean house, I have no pets, I don't really cook at home, so I don't really use the kitchen or living space. I pretty much sleep/shower in the apartment otherwise gone or at work. I am looking for two roommates at this time to co-exist as the primary residents in the apartment as I am gone a lot and only staying for work. My schedule varies but I typically work 6 days every 3 weeks and otherwise I am not there. Larger room has on suite bathroom. The other would be shared with me (when in town).
I would like to find pet-free, respectful, responsible ADULT room-mates that are also cleanly and don't need constant prompting to coexist in harmony. (I don't want to have to remind you to pay rent/utilities or be tidy in shared spaces). I am busy most of the time when I am in town, but I do like to hike, go to the beach, I enjoy wine, a good movie night, and a few hours at the pool. I am pretty easy going and good with doing my own thing or if time allows hanging out. I won't bother roommates with noise. My work shift varies so I work days and nights so I'd expect the same courtesy on noise.
