780 Camino De La Reina, 3rd floor. You're directly across the street from Trader Joe's, and walking distance to Fashion Valley Mall, Mission Valley Mall, restaurants, and movie theaters. If you stay local, a car isn't really necessary.

The unit:
• 2 bed / 2 bath with bedrooms on opposite walls — solid privacy
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Spacious central living room (couch is in, no TV right now)
• Private porch
• Underground parking spot included

Building amenities:
• Full gym
• Pool
• Jacuzzi

Monthly cost (split 50/50):
• Rent: $3,370 → $1,685 each
• Utilities, water, internet: ~$300 → ~$150 each
• Total per person: roughly $1,835/month

About the household:
The vibe here is calm, quiet, and clean. I keep an early schedule (up early, asleep early), so I'm looking for someone whose lifestyle fits that. Hoping for a respectful roommate who values a tidy shared space and doesn't host frequent gatherings.
